Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within one (1) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@flyboro.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Booking confirmation voucher and a formal cancellation receipt issued by our third-party fulfillment partner., then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● Digital Aggregator Framework: Flyboro operates purely as an information technology search interface and a redirect platform under Service Provider ID JLGPS1038Q. We do not sell travel packages, process consumer payments, or hold inventory directly. All transactions are fulfilled externally by Emerging Travel Inc. (RateHawk).
● Absolute Exclusion of Physical Returns: Because our platform provides purely digital referral and information routing services, physical product returns, shipping postmarks, and warehousing options are completely non-applicable to our operations.
● Primacy of Partner Cancellation Policies: All modifications, cancellations, “no-show” rules, and refund eligibilities regarding accommodation or travel reservations are dictated exclusively by the standalone terms and conditions of Emerging Travel Inc. (RateHawk) and its downstream hospitality suppliers.
● Limitation of Liability & Indemnity: Flyboro is contractually and legally insulated from any financial or operational disputes arising from cancelled bookings, overbookings, or delayed credits on third-party platforms. Consumers agree to hold Flyboro harmless and direct all financial resolution claims to the actual merchant of record processing their booking.
